One day industrial visit on 5th August 2015 was conducted for the students of Information Technology of Oriental Institute of Science & Technology, Bhopal to Madhya Pradesh State Data Center (MPSDC), Bhopal.
Mr. Sanjay Joshi (Project Manager), Madhya Pradesh State Data Center, discussed the concept of Shared, reliable and secure infrastructure services centre for hosting and managing the e-Governance Applications of State and its constituent departments along with the hands on practical session. The speaker also elaborated the classification of security with respect to present scenario. The visit was indeed a great experience for the students as it created awareness among them. The department organizes such visits to benefit students as they get information beyond the curriculum.
