A third year electronics and communication engineering student, Sushant Patnayak of Oriental College of Technology Bhopal has developed a driverless kit which can convert a common car to automatic car to make it run without a driver. Sushant gave a demonstration of his high-tech gadget at Search and Research Youth Conclave-2015 at National Institute of Technical Teacher Training and Research (NITTTR) Bhopal on Saturday 10th May 2015.He said that “The car uses sensors to run without a driver and detects hurdles timely. The 1 lakh to 5 lakh worth kit can be fitted in any car or sports utility vehicles (SUV’s) to fulfill the complete automation.
