On 30 January 2015 an expert lecture was conducted under Association of Computer Science and Engineering (ACSE) at O.I.S.T., Bhopal in association of CSE and IT Department by Dr. Swapan Purkait. He has done his  Ph.D from IIT, Kharagpurand presently working as a Director in Nettech Private Limited, Kolkata, West Bengal.
