An industrial visit was conducted on 12th August 2015 for the students of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Oriental Institute of Science & Technology, Bhopal to Madhya Pradesh State Data Center (MPSDC), Bhopal.
Project Manager Mr. Sanjay Joshi of Madhya Pradesh State Data Center, discussed the concept of Networking, Data Communication and secure infrastructure services centre for hosting and managing the e-Governance Applications of State and its constituent departments along with the hands on practical session. The visit was indeed a great experience for the students. The department organizes such visits to benefit students as they get information beyond the curriculum.

Director Dr. Anupam Kashyapi of India Meteorological Department discussed about the various service areas of India Meteorological Department. Heads of Different Departments elaborated the functioning of systems like Doppler radar, WMS, TMS and RMS. Students participated in the Query session very enthusiastically. The visit was indeed a great experience for the students. The department organizes such visits to benefit students as they get information beyond the curriculum.
